Mr Horsebury's Horse of a Time - Custom Voiced Follower

Description
Mr Horsebury is a fully custom voiced follower who can be found wandering the market in Riften. He's quirky, full of joy and also comes with a player home just down the road from Dragon Bridge, which has it's own map marker.

*If Mr Horsebury does not speak when you first encounter him, quicksave and quickload to fix the issue.*
