Now let's get started

What you need to get it:

1. A flyable (Like aeroplane or helicopter)
2. Picture of aliens (in the game not your own picture)
3.The camper guy on the mountain

1. Talk to the camper guy

He will start talking about aliens, but he needs proof

2. Take the proof of aliens picture

It will be in the first room on the third floor in the scientists only room

3. Take it to the camper guy

Take it to him. Then when he sees it, you get the foil hat

What I secretly said:

So when u get to the boom on mountain, go right before you enter. Keep going and you will see camper guy (error was found in section)
