How to beat Capitalism Plus' first scenario: Entrepreneurial Spirit

This is a guide on how to beat Capitalism Plus' first scenario: Entrepreneurial Spirit in less than a year with minimal effort

First steps

The first thing we'll do is set up a department store near an urban area on any of the cities and give it a layout like the one shown below:

Second step

After setting all up, we'll link the purchasing units to the sea ports on New York and Vancouver that have consumer goods. Then we'll link the advertising unit to one of the city's media stations:

Third step

There should be enough funds to be able to repeat steps 1 and 2 on another city without loaning money from the bank, afterwards we'll set the game's speed to fastest and wait until we have enough funds to repeat steps 1 and 2 again on another city:

Win

You can repeat the previous steps as many times as you want, but 3 time's the charm and that should be enough to beat this scenario with minimal effort.
