About this guide
This is just a quick reference guide I am making for myself. Hopefully some of you find it useful too. It is WIP and I may later add the furnishings I prefer to use at each tier, or as they become unlocked by the various skills. If you are interested in seeing something else, such as another form of organization, drop a comment.

I am utilizing gameplay (version 9.3.6) and the wiki.play.eco website as references for this guide.

Note: The next sections identify the items I would prefer to us to get the most xp/space by the time all appropriate advancements are unlocked. My main purpose in doing this was to get an idea of how much room space I should plan for when designing my house. Most of the items listed have earlier tier variants that I would use to populate with during the mid game.

My preferred upper tier bathroom items and space requirements:

BATHROOM
Sink: Bathtub [3] (2x1x2)
Toilet: Toilet [3] (1x1x2)
Washing: Washing Machine [5] (1x1x1)

GENERAL
Decoration: Mount, Bison [2.5] (2x2x2 on wall)
Fireplace: Ashlar Fireplace [3] (1x3x2)
Fountain: Ashlar Small Stone Fountain [1.5] (1x1x2)
Lights: Steel Ceiling Light [3] (2x1x1 on ceiling)
Rug: Rug Large [2] (3x2x1)
Seating: Adorned Ashlar Stone Bench [3] (1x2x2)
Shelves: Shelf Cabinet [2] (1x1x2)
Table: Adorned Ashlar Table [3.5] (1x2x1)

Total xp multiplier: 36.5
Total space: 19 (floor), 4 (wall), 2 (ceiling)
End Game Bedroom
My preferred upper tier bedroom items and space requirements:

BEDROOM
Bed: Wooden Fabric Bed [4] (3x2x2)

GENERAL
Decoration: Mount, Bison [2.5] (2x2x2 on wall)
Fireplace: Ashlar Fireplace [3] (1x3x2)
Fountain: Ashlar Small Stone Fountain [1.5] (1x1x2)

Rug: Rug Large [2] (3x2x1)
Seating: Adorned Ashlar Stone Bench [3] (1x2x2)
Shelves: Shelf Cabinet [2] (1x1x2)
Table: Adorned Ashlar Table [3.5] (1x2x1)

Total xp multiplier: 24.5
Total space: 21 (floor), 4 (wall), 2 (ceiling)
End Game Kitchen
My preferred upper tier kitchen items and space requirements:

KITCHEN
Cooking: Stove [3] (2x1x2) *requires additional open space to utilize
Food Preparation: Butchery Table [2] (1x2x2) *requires additional open space to utilize
Food Storage: Refrigerator [5] (2x1x2)
Spices: Salt Basket [1.5] (1x1x1)

GENERAL
Decoration: Mount, Bison [2.5] (2x2x2 on wall)
Fireplace: Ashlar Fireplace [3] (1x3x2)
Fountain: Ashlar Small Stone Fountain [1.5] (1x1x2)
Lights: Steel Ceiling Light [3] (2x1x1 on ceiling)
Rug: Rug Large [2] (3x2x1)
Seating: Adorned Ashlar Stone Bench [3] (1x2x2)
Shelves: Shelf Cabinet [2] (1x1x2)
Table: Adorned Ashlar Table [3.5] (1x2x1)

Total xp multiplier: 32
Total space: 22 (floor), 4 (wall), 2 (ceiling)

Note: if specializing in cooking you will likely want the other cooking / food prep items in your kitchen as well so here they are for easy reference. Bakery Oven [3] (1x3x2), Cast Iron Stove [2] (1x2x2), Kitchen [3] (1x3x2), Mill [2] (2x2x2). This would increase required floor space by 12, and xp multiplier by 10.
End Game General
My preferred upper tier general items and space requirements (mainly the same as the other rooms, however I would go for the larger fountain):

Total xp multiplier: 22
Total space: 30 (floor), 4 (wall), 2 (ceiling)
