A quick guide to get the high-score needed for perfect space

The guide:

Our goal is to create a flying bulletsaw and shoot as much as possible as fast as possible to get max points. Often enemies will not even be on the screen long before dying and you "might" kill em before they come on the screen.

1) Starting out level power twice which will bring you to 3 power, this will enable you to 1 shot asteroids.
2) Feel free to use shotgun special on first wave of asteroids (don't level it)
3) Once power is to 3 level attack speed. (If you take damage feel free to grab leech anytime past level 5 for one point.)
4) When ship comes level power 3 more times to level 6.
5) Grab Multishot at level 15 if you are comfortable with your attack speed
6) Finish leveling attack speed. (if close to maxed you can grab more damage if you are at the big ships)
7) Grab bullet size if you are not getting hit or if you are not confident in pilot skills grab health.
8) Leveling one into movement speed is useful, if you grab too much speed though you will be more like a rusty saw though and you don't want this.

If you are good at dodging you can skip health entirely until shotgun is maxed out, that is not necessary though so don't overthink it. Better to not die.

One strategy I used is to cycle power-attack speed-max health and grab leach at level 5, it's hard to get a very high score with but I win almost every time with it. The above strategy is also very good and I can imagine gives very high scores.
