Radio Telescope for Maps

This is a modified version of the Deep Space Telescope from the Natural disasters DLC. All utility and employee requirements have been removed as to not unbalance gameplay.

This is intended to be used as a prop in custom maps, see example in the photo.

I cannot figure out how to set it up to allow multiple builds, but you can just copy it in Moveit and place as many copies as you want...
