Step one

Have a keyboard

Step two

Find item room
Item room has garbage item

Step three

If you have the D6 (Or Isaac) use the D6 to reroll the item.
If you can't use the D6 or play Isaac (when you have the D6) use the key on your keyboard that has the letter R

Step four

Rinse and repeat until you get a good item.
