If you fail to report this anomaly quickly you will have an animated scene where it zooms into the door at the very end of the corridor, where you will meet a white figure, and die.

If you can't win, that's fine. Sometimes they appear at the same time, and sometimes while you're reporting something something just pops up and kills you. Don't worry about it, alright?
Just get back to the game, and try again. If not, then memorise this list, or have it side by side.

You'll get it eventually, I believe in you. :)

@Sigh, yw. I would suppose it is indeed a bug as none of the reports worked for me. Tried the obvious ones first (camera, movement, distortion) but in the end none seemed to work for me. Hope that helps!

Ok so I had the reported camera malfunction in the living room (It definitely looks different to normal), but I still won the game with 27/27, so I think it might just be an anomaly they forgot to take out/implement correctly.
