Rainy Shell Bell

Introducing the Rainy Shell Bell, a unique item with simple but useful capabilities. Here are the details:
- Dropped by the raid boss Crab King.
- Has ten total uses, and can be blown for one use.
- When blown, it will cause rain to fall for some time.
- If blown during winter, it will cause it to snow.
- If blown in the caves, the effects will remain on the surface.
- Also acts as a normal shell bell.

A little rain? So what? Here is a list of some of the potential uses of rain:
- Rain can be used to accelerate through Pearl's Quest.
- Rain can be used to summon lightning, which can charge Volt Goats and WX-78.
- Rain can be used to prevent midsummer wildfires from occurring.
- Rain can be used to slow the smoldering and eventual catching fire of items.
- Rain can be used to make all mobs and items wet, which allows for faster fights using electric damage (Electric Darts, Morning Star, Volt Goat Chaid-Froud).
