Rustler Map with collectibles

I finished 100% of game quests and I want to share my map with you. I hope it would help. Map isn't finished yet, so, u can help me)
IDK when I'll play this game seriously again, so I'll share now.

Where is the pickaxe located after you complete the game? You lose all your weapons on the last mission and I want to collect the pickaxe again.

I think I found the last note you guys were looking for. In the east town in the north half, there's a boxed in area you get into from another boxed in area. The note is in there. It's at the northwest gate across from the crossbow seller.
