How to level up any Dynasty Weapon in the game to level 5(Max) from level 1 in ~20 minutes. Don't forget to rate the guide & leave comments to mention others if it's still viable.

This trick been there since like forever, and much to my surprise still works. Tested on 2021-06-14. Pretty much and very forgotten on the forums by the game community.

Straight to the merit:

What do you need:

• Dynasty Weapon (mandatory)
  
• Finished prologue campaign (Duke Slava) (mandatory)
  
• Dynasty Trait: Wise (All experience gained by the Hero is increased by 15%) (optional)
  
• Dynasty Trait: Master of Blessings (Your Hero's buffing abilities are 5% more efficient) (optional)
  
• Skill Tree: Enlightenment on Hero level 1 (optional, but why not? - Buffed by Master of Blessings)

What needs doing:
Anastasia Campaign Mission 1
DIFFICULTY HAS TO BE HARDEST!

• 1. Adjust Anastasia to Might or Magic Hero type depending on the Dynasty Weapon type. (Need to refresh through swap and reswap after every use of this strategy in order to reset your campaign progress with Anastasia!)
  
• 2. Start Mission.
  
• 3. Go to the Ghoul monsters and accept their willingness to join your forces.
  
• 4. Stop before the Skeletons group. Don't do anything else. Don't talk to them!
  
• 5. Skip exactly to Month 28 Week 1 Day 1. (Next 3 groups of monsters just became 999,999 count by this very date).
  
• 6. Talk to the Skeletons and accept them to join your forces.
  
• 7. Skip everything else that is not mentioned in here on your way. Not worth your attention.
  
• 8. Go to the next Skeletons group and accept them to join your forces. (They will simply disappear as they can't join your forces, because of army cap per unit type is 999,999) - but you just don't care.
  
• 9. Go to the Sentinels at the end of the underground and let them flee. (They will always show that option - it's scripted by the scenario).
  
  
• Congratulations, you just levelled your Dynasty Weapon to maximum level. Enjoy.
  
  
• 10. Repeat.

I also think one ought to be angry at them for these things to hurt new players buying the game. like some kind of gamer-solidarity.

Well, im one of those whiners. I whine about those things on principle. I bought them so i ought to have them, no matter if it says somewhere in their terms and conditions that online stuff is subject to change. I cant help but feel cheated. since i got the stuff before they disabled it i still have everything except the 5th trait slot, including oblivion staff. I too played all campaigns through before they took away the 5th trait slot and i disagree on filler-traits - i always thought according to the situation there was a best-5-traits selection that made the min-maxing-heart complete.As i said, i wont buy it again or any ubi-soft game if i can help it.

Oblivion is/was one of the top magic dynasty weapons in the game, especially when playing Haven.

You can play the campaign without using the weapons if you like challenge, lot's of players do that, or even play multiplayer without them, which is a shame, because I think they add a lot of fun to the game.

Yes, you are no longer able to get Oblivion dynasty weapon, which is the only pain. The rest of stuff wasn't big of a deal so don't worry, and the 5th dynasty slot also isn't that big of a deal as people describe it and whine so much about, I often used a filler trait on it anyways, I'm saying so after like 1k hours on the game. I think Oblivion is the only feature that hurts new players, I luckly still have it tho, and those who already unlocked it years ago didn't suffer from losing it unlike the 5th dynasty slot(technically I didn't lose it on my dynasty heroes, I just could not add new stuff or replace those). I did reset most of my heroes to have 4/5 anyways @HereticPriest

Was hoping there was a way without doing that. I'd get less then last time even if i did that because they disabled some of the dynasty stuff permanently. not sure if its only the 5th trait slot or even the other "uplay-rewards". I wont take your advice to find out though.

How do you reset your dynasty weapons to zero XP though ? In case i want the sensation of leveling them slowly campaign by campaign, mission by mission again ?
