Pro tips against leo (in my experience):
- Throw him when he does the cross up
- If he doesn't cross you up and you block it, punish it
- Air dust attack is punishable on block
- He has a better projectile, try using air projectiles if you have any
- Try to stop his unga so he can't bunga you to death
