The CIA Data System, a.k.a. the Central Intelligence Agency Data System, is an e-mail, document and information management system in Call of Duty: Black Ops.

Premises

The CIA Data System, a.k.a. the Central Intelligence Agency Data System, is an e-mail, document and information management system in Call of Duty: Black Ops.
It's accessable via a terminal hidden in the main menu.
The computer terminal is found when the player holds the Space Bar and get off from the chair. The player can then move to the back of the room and access the computer.

There are different users wich have different files containing campaing-related or simply curious data. To login in a user folder type in the command shell "login", then username and password (both listed below). Then type "dir" for a list of files in the user folder.
To access a file type "cat filename.pic/txt/snd" (pic are pictures, txt are text files and snd are sounds). type "login" again to change username.

Typing "who" will show a list of all the users in the system.

Typing "mail" during a login session will show the mailbox of the user. Press the number corrispondent to the mail you want to read in order to open it.
Type "q" to leave mailbox.

Dreamland Server

By typing "rlogin dreamland" you access dreamland, another hidden document and information system. It works in a similar way to the CIA Data System. By typing "exit" in any moment you will come back to the CIA Data System.

Conclusions

Additionally there are several hidden files that you can access from every user (the only one i know so far is "cat derriese1.pic" wich is an artwork of Der Riese).
