With Autohotkey or other key remapper you could remap them before starting the game and after ending the game. You could also switch to Qwerty temporarily.

Hi! I haven't purchased the game yet, but since I have a non-standard keyboard, and a German one at that, may I ask: Will you also be updating the game to let us see the hotkeys in-game and let us customize them (re-assign them)? thanks
