解説
Rebel Farmers+ is a simple QOL mod that adjusts its relation values with a few other minor factions.

This is done only for the reason that when the UC falls and they take over their cities they tend to slaughter the existing neutral inhabitants. Like the Tech Hunters, Shinobi Thieves and Bar Patrons. This should help stop that and allow these factions to coexist in there post UC world.

Import Required as these are new game values! If you would like to edit faction relations of an existing save please reference "A Rant on Factions" on the Kenshi subreddit.

Not specifically no, but I did just happen to start playing with Living World recently too. Take a peek at my collection above for some other small QOL mods.

Was this mod made with Living World in mind? (I ask because that mod allows Rebel Farmers to take over many locations from the Slavers and United Cities.)

I'm sorry its really hard to say, was "help allies" checked in the AI tab? There are a lot of factors that cause hostility in Kenshi, in the description pic you can see all the changes that are done by this mod and it only improves relations towards factions they usually get in fights with. So if you are having issues it may require save editing but I cannot say for certain what caused your situation.

I was playing solo only with melee weapons. Empire Peasants and Trade Ninjas are also now hostile. Could there be another reason for this?

All it takes is a stray crossbow bolt hitting a neutral and they can become hostile towards you. Check out the reddit post linked in the comment section below for some info on how to fix these mishaps.

In the process of freeing UC cities (Heft, Sho-Battai) Mechanists and Tech Hunters became hostile towards me. Not sure if this mode is the reason.

Either the mod is being overwritten by another and needs to be moved lower in your load order or they have attacked a neutral/ally due to a dialogue trigger. This mod only touches relation values so there is a chance something else could be causing your rebels to attack anti slavers
