Achievements Overview

In Tekken 7 there are 42 Achievements Total:
  • 38 Offline Achievements
  • 4 Online Achievements

While getting the achievements in this game may not be as tedious and grindy as some other games *COUGH* Jump Force *COUGH* The only real challenge in completing this game would be getting a hang of the fighting system, essentially getting gud.

Estimated Time For Completion: 10-20 Hrs
Progress Map
Step 1: Pick Your Main

The best way to approach 100%'ing Tekken (In My Opinion) would be simply going into training mode, picking any character that looks cool to you and learning your characters move-set/combos.
Most of your Achievements will be attainable through fighting CPU at any difficulty so the character you choose matters less about who's good or "meta" and more about who you think you would have the most fun playing.

Some characters are easier to pickup then others, so for new-comers I would recommend
  • Jack-7
  • Bob
  • Law
  • Katarina

Step 2: Start Your Climb to Warrior Rank in Treasure Battle

While I've seen a lot of other people recommend starting with the Story Mode, I personally think that right off the bat throwing yourself into Treasure Battles will not only get you used to the combat system and somewhat difficult opponents ( As apposed to the simple AI in story mode) but I found it a lot nicer to get the grindy achievements out of the way and then being able to sit back and enjoy the story mode to finish off the completion. Starting right away with Treasure Battles will begin your progress for multiple achievements (Warrior Rank, 50 Treasure Boxes, and the 10,000,000 Gold.)

Step 3: Remaining Offline Achievements

Along your way to Warrior Rank you should naturally unlock the Combat / Stage Related Achievements. But if you didn't already, grind those out now before continuing with your completion.

Step 4: Online Achievements

Once you've gotten to warrior rank you should be fairly comfortable with the controls and you should jump into online, don't be frightened by the sweats of Tekken Online, because I found the matchmaking was decently fair in matching me with someone who also had no idea what they were doing. you only need to win 1 ranked, one normal, which shouldn't be difficult. The online tournament was a slightly different story, The second I watched these players fight I was instantly humbled. these dudes are on another level, you don't have to win a full tournament, just one match. there is a text chat feature pre-match so maybe you could see if they would be willing to throw one for you but if not, its all up to you.

Step 5: Story Mode / Character Episodes

Finish off your completion journey with a nice relaxing Story mode play-through. There are 13 Chapters (Plus a Special Chapter) and 10 Character Episodes (Single Matches played with characters who didn't make an appearance in the story) I found this was the nicest and most entertaining way to wrap up the completion process.
Story Mode Achievements (1/2)

Let's Do This - Finished Chapter 1 of the main story.

It's Time For You To Meet Your End! :
Self-explanatory, the Achievement should pop once the Epilogue cut-scene finishes.

Master Of Iron Fist:
After beating the Mishima Saga storyline a Special Chapter will unlock. This consist of one round battle against Akuma, This battle can be difficult. Don't try to block his projectiles, keep your distance. you got this. Once you get him down to like 1 HP both of your Rage Modes will activate. you gotta trigger your rage art before he does or you lose (his is unblock-able for some reason) if you get yours off first you should win.

I Demand To Know The Truth:
Do this after beating the Story Chapters, there's a book with a bunch of character episodes which are just one match fights featuring characters that didn't make it into the story. Complete three of them and the Achievement should pop.

Lightning Of Fate:

However if you don't, or if you did but you lost to him, you can try again by playing Arcade Battle where he can randomly spawn in the Final Stage of the arcade ladder (consisting of a mere 5 stages). Setting CPU difficulty to Easy in Game Options should ensure you in an easy victory as well as option to rematch if you lose.

Fear My Wrath:
Unless Akuma appears as the final boss of the Arcade ladder, it will most of the time be Devil Kazumi. Setting CPU difficulty to Easy in Game Options should ensure you in an easy victory as well as option to rematch if you lose. (You can also encounter Kazumi in her devil form in Special Match of the Treasure Battle as well.)

Miscellaneous Achievements (3/3)
Stage Related Achievements

Destructive Drive - Performed a floor-breaking move. (Excluding offline VS Battle)

Going Somewhere? - Reached the bottom floor of the Forgotten Realm stage. (Excluding offline VS Battle)

You can easily unlock both of these achievements in Practice mode set in Forgotten Realm stage. In order to destruct the floor and drop down you need to do enough damage to opponent on the ground. If you're having any troubles pick Jack-7 against any opponent. Then use repeatedly Rocket Uppercut (🡺 🡺 + RP) followed by Granite Stomping (🡺 🡺 + LK) as the opponents falls down. Do this until the floor falls (3-4 times should be enough) and then do it again as Forgotten Realm has two above ground levels.

Crushing Impact! - Performed a balcony-breaking move. (Excluding offline VS Battle)

Please Don't Tell My Father - Reached the deepest part of the Jungle Outpost stage. (Excluding offline VS Battle)

Again, you can easily do both achievements in Practice mode set in Jungle Outpost stage. Only one side of this Stage is breakable and you can spot it as it's the weakest looking one without any parrots or snakes on it. You need to get your opponent standing next to this wall and then execute a move powerful enough to get a wall hit. For example Jack-7's Piston Gun Assault (🡸 + RP) or Bryan's Slash Kick (🡺 🡺 + LK). Repeat until the balcony breaks.
Online Achievements
Not Bad - Won a player match online.

Yeah! I Did It! - Won a ranked match online.

Okay! I'm Ready! - Won a battle in online tournament.

Come And Get Some, I Dare You! - Fought ten online battles.

Not Bad:
This should not be difficult, go online win a match. Or play against a friend online, have them throw for you.

Yeah! I Did It!:
The match making system for ranked early on is not difficult at all. they will most likely put you up against someone who has no clue how to play. securing 1 win shouldn't take long.

Okay! I'm Ready!:
Have a friend enter the tournament with you. hope you get put against each other, or try your luck with the sweats, you've trained for this.

Come And Get Some, I Dare You!:
This should happen naturally, just fight 10 online matches, you don't even have to win. easy money.
