How to disable Anti Aliasing
There is no way to actually turn off Anti Aliasing from the in-game settings, even though it is stated so (Low Anti Aliasing should disable AA but it doesn't).

Here is how to actually do it:

Open up Engine.ini, which is found in C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Biomutant\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Add the following:

[SystemSettings]
r.DefaultFeature.AntiAliasing=0

Save the file.

Enjoy you crispy clear visuals.

In case you notice no changes in visuals make the file "read only".

FYI: Removing AA completely introduces some glittering and weird artifacts on certain surfaces, but for me it is much better than getting headaches and eye strain from constant blur.

To revert the changes simply remove the line and save the file.

You could also go into Nvidia Control panel and override the setting with something other than temporal AA the issue is they dont let you control the TAA Blur so thats why having AA on gives such a blur in the image its to make it appear more softer to the eye.

Thanks for the guide, appreciate it!
But not for me though, it made the game fully pixel-art (wich is quite interesting tbh).
But hey, people all have different preferences. Wish others here understood that. :/

Alright. But Low setting doesn't disable AA completely. This guide explains how to actually turn it off :)

Yeah I guess most people are less sensitive to it and/or aren't bothered by it; but for others, like myself, it can be a problem. I couldn't play for more than 30 mins without getting a headache, glad I can now :) Wrote this guide for people like me who are bothered by it :)

that's interesting i suppose i've never noticed it as blurry when turned on as sharp edges are what bother me, i don't like dof or motion blur so i can understand it.

1. No, not on all surfaces :)

2. Why on earth would you comment on a guide about removing AA if you don't have any problem with it? The blur caused by AA can bother some people, therefore one might want to disable it :)

why on earth would one want to remove AA if anything i want it to be even better haha
