Glad you guys have been enjoying it!
Also glad to hear after so many plays you just ran into the one scoring error. Next time I need to update something on this mod, I'll make sure to fix that. Thanks!
Just FYI, there is just one interaction that doesn't work - if you have Wildfire and Genie, the Wildfire doesn't remove the Genie's "base score" of -50. You should be allowed to blank the genie down to 0, and still pull a card for it.
Aside from that, and the game just fizzling out weirdly due to minor graphical bugs (which are fixed with reconnecting easily.), never had any points issues.
It should pick the one that gives the most points, but it may have some calculation error. I could make a toggle that makes it not choose for you. I have to choose for some cards since I didn't create any interface to pick, but the book has a UI for it. In the meantime, you can clock the button for the official scoring app to spawn a tablet with the website, and you can pick yourself.
I've looked at them around when they released. They have enough rules changes that it's not super simple just to implement it. If I get back into making new mods I'd consider it though.
When playing the 2 player varient, it's possible to have 12 cards in the discard area, while a player does not yet have a full hand of cards. You continue playing until both players have a full hand, regardless of how many cards are in the discard area. This only happens if players are taking only from the deck, which is unlikely. I just tested it, and if both players only take from the deck, you will end up with 16 cards in the discard by the end. No need to use manual mode. Note, this is only for the 2 player variant, as explained in the rulebook.
