There is a total of 11 Unlockables and 2 Endings.

The unlockable items will all appear in the item box.

Weapons

Unlockable	Unlock Method	Description
Madhouse	Beat the game for the first time.	Resident Evil 7: Biohazard has 3 difficulties in the main game: Easy, Normal, and Madhouse. Madhouse is only unlocked after completing the game for the first time or by purchasing certain DLCs.
Albert-01R	Main Game Beat the game for the first time. Nightmare Obtain 5,000,000 points in the Nightmare mini-game. it can be crafted for 200 Scrap. Ethan Must Die It can be randomly acquired in 4-star ranked chests.	A functioning replica of the anti-bioweapon handgun. Even though it's a replica, it still packs a punch.
Circular Saw	Main Game Beat the game in under 4 hours. Nightmare Obtain 10,000 points in the Nightmare mini-game. it can be crafted for 3,000 Scrap. Jack's 55th Birthday Circular Saw is unlockable with a B Rank in Guest House 2.	A standard circular saw. Can be used as a weapon.
X-ray Glasses	Main game Beat the game in under 4 hours. Ethan Must Die one pair of X-ray Glasses may spawn as a drop from a 2-star or better crate.	Improves your vision so you can see where items are located.
Secrets of Defense	Beat the game in Normal difficulty.	Reduces damage when guarding. Effects are maximized when paired with "The Essence of Defense.
Essence of Defense	Destroy all Mr. Everywhere statues.	Reduces damage when guarding. Effects are maximized when paired with "The Secrets of Defense.
Walking Shoes	Destroy all Mr. Everywhere statues.	Light shoes to make walking more comfortable. Increases walking speed, but running speed stays the same.
Infinite Ammo	Main Game Beat the game in Madhouse difficulty. Nightmare Obtain 10,000,000 points in the Nightmare mini-game. Not a Hero Complete Not a Hero on Professional difficulty.	An infinite amount of ammo. It'll never run out no matter how much you use.
Dirty Coin	Beat the Demo with the Dirty Coin in the inventory. https://store.steampowered.com/app/530620/Resident_Evil_7_Teaser_Beginning_Hour/	An old, commemorative coin. It has something that looks like mold sticking to it. The Dirty Coin is only meant to be collected to be later transferred to the player's save file in Resident Evil 7 Biohazard. If the player obtained the Dirty Coin in the demo, it will appear in the Item Box of the main game. The Dirty Coin functions as an extra Antique Coin, which is used to unlock power-ups or weapons through the course of the game.
Supply Box	Pre-order bonus. https://store.steampowered.com/app/418370/Resident_Evil_7_Biohazard/	Supply Box is an item. It is only available to those who have pre-ordered the game that contains the Survival Pack: Recovery Set. The Supply Box will be put in the Item Box upon redeeming the code. The player needs to use the Supply Box from the inventory screen in order to open it. Opening it will reveal a First Aid Med, Strong First Aid Med and two Herbs.
5-Coin Set & Madhouse Mode	Purchase the 5-COIN SET & MADHOUSE MODE UNLOCK Bundle.	Defense, Attack, Instinct, Reload and Universal Coins Keep these in your inventory to get various stat boosts. Coins are added to your item box, and can be used in both the main game and the Not a Hero free additional story chapter. Effects stack when holding multiple coins. = Madhouse difficulty level unlock Unlocks the insanely difficult Madhouse mode, which normally only becomes available after completing the game.

Endings

There are two endings to the game based on the player's choice to save Mia or Zoe after defeating Mutated Jack. Saving Mia leads to the True Ending while saving Zoe leads to the Bad Ending.

True Ending Mia Winters	If Ethan cured Mia, she resists Eveline's control long enough to seal Ethan out of the ship.
Bad Ending Zoe Baker	if Ethan cured Zoe, Mia succumbs to Eveline's control and attacks Ethan, forcing him to kill her.
