@CARTMAN_021p. Yup. We can do that. For example: A new steam player wanted to add you as friend, but he/she has a banned profile. So we might think of he/she is a still a hacker, or we might think of giving this person a chance. Both answer decision consider as answer (B) right?

:BLINK: I never judge a person of his past, roumor or background. I get to know the person and see how he/she behaves now in the present. And building my own thoughts of him/her.
