Use client cvar "simf_firstpersonsounds_enabled" to change modes:

"0" - disabled
"1" - enabled

After changing the mode you need to restart the map or reconnect.

hi I just set my model detail to high in the gmod settings. Even restarted the map, but unfortunately the interior still looks like unrendered :(
