hell the only mech the foundation must have goc agents to actually operate it because of how unadvanced the scp foundation is. The scp foundation has one mech and they need help from the goc to use it while the goc has entire strike teams of mechs

the goc and ci are way more advanced mostly because they actually use anomalies on a daily basis which helps them understand them more and it also makes them more advanced. This is why the goc doesnt use regular bullets agasint reality benders they use some of their more advanced bullets which put almost everything the foundation has to shame

@k1wl because the foundation knows nothing about anomalies they have researched them more than any other group but they still know less about them than the goc and maby possibly the ci
