How to get these items:

Obsidian × 20: Lava + Water.

Cobalt Shield: It is obtained from Gold Chests found in the Dungeon, or by opening Golden Lock Boxes found in Dungeon Crates.

Blindfold: The Blindfold is a Hardmode accessory that has a 1% / 2% (1/100 / 1/50) chance to drop from Corrupt Slimes, Slimelings, Shadow Slimes, Crimslimes, Dark Mummies, and Blood Mummies.

Armor Polish: It has a 1% / 2% (1/100 / 1/50) chance to drop from Blue Armored Bones and Armored Skeletons.

Vitamins: The item has a 1/100 (1%) / 1/50 (2%) chance to drop from Corruptors and Floaty Grosses, which are encountered in the Underground Corruption/Crimson.

Adhesive Bandage: The Adhesive Bandage is a Hardmode accessory that has a 1/100 (1%) / 1/50 (2%) chance to drop from Rusty Armored Bones, Werewolves and Angler Fish.

Bezoar: It has a 1% / 2% (1/100 / 1/50) chance to drop from Hornets and Hardmode Moss Hornets in the Underground Jungle biome.

Nazar: It has a 1% / 2% (1/100 / 1/50) chance to drop from Cursed Skulls, Giant Cursed Skulls, Cursed Hammers, Enchanted Swords, or Crimson Axes.

Trifold Map: It has a 1% / 2% (1/100 / 1/50) chance to drop from Clowns, Light Mummies, and Giant Bats.

Megaphone: The Megaphone is a Hardmode accessory that can be obtained by killing Pixies, Green Jellyfish, Dark Mummies, or Blood Mummies with a 1% / 2% (1/100 / 1/50) chance.

Fast Clock: It has a 1/100 (1%) / 1/50 (2%) chance to drop from Pixies, Mummies, and Wraiths.
