Stage by Stage visual assist for collectibles

Foreword

This visual assist list ALL collectibles, including the ones that are impossible to miss. That is so that it would be easier to ask about the ones you missed - as in, instead of "hey, I'm missing 1 Apple Core in Skyreach", people can ask "hey, I'm missing Apple Core #2 in Skyreach". Basically, I'm assuming people might have questions.

Stages are listed by their element, so first all Gurabi stages (earth), then Eremagu stages (electric) and then Nutoro stages (pew pew).

Collectibles in said stages are listed in order of aquisition.

From my experience, you have to finish the stage.

When you're replaying levels to get those last couple of missed collectables do you have to actually finish the stage or can you just find the item and then return to the world map?
