How to break Greed Mode / Como romper el modo Greed (Repentance)

El propósito de esta guía esta orientado a poder acceder de una forma mas facil a los logros que requieren meter cierta cantidad de monedas a la maquina greed, ya que en mi caso personal, sufro demasiado este modo y se me hace una tortura jugarlo para poder alcanzar estos logros.
Esta guía funciona actualmente (06/2021) en la versión 4.0.4 (Repentance)

Una vez aquí asumo que estas enterado de que esto son spoilers del juego...

Para iniciar, en todas las runs usaremos a el alter de Cain:





Este personaje cuenta con la habilidad del "Saco de Crafteo"

Este saco nos permite agarrar monedas, bombas, llaves, corazones (Azules, Negros, Eternos, Podridos, de Huesos, etc) para poder crear un objeto.

Por otro lado no podemos agarrar objetos de pedestales o de tiendas.







Necesitaremos tener en cuenta los crafteos para objetos y como se hacen, aqui les dejo 3 paginas donde podemos ver los crafteos de los objetos y sus variantes.

To start, in all runs we will use Cain's alter:

This character has the ability of the "Crafting Sack"

Una vez iniciemos el modo Greed con el alter de Cain vamos a ir directamente a la tienda a fijarnos si hay algun slot de objeto con descuento.
Esto es importante, la run tiene que comenzar con este requisito si o si.
Asi que vamos a estar apretando R y fijandonos en la tienda hasta que salga algun item con descuento.
$15 Objeto normal
$7 Objeto con descuento

Una vez hallemos ese objeto con descuento en la tienda nos fijaremos en los alrededores si hay cacas, botones o cofres que podamos abrir para agarrar recursos. (IMPORTANTE NO USES TU ÚNICA LLAVE PARA ABRIR UN COFRE AMARILLO DE PRIMERA)
Luego nos dirigiremos directamente a la sala amarilla abriéndola con nuestra llave inicial y "agarraremos" el item que nos da. Automáticamente el item se transforma en recursos.
Lo mismo haremos con el objeto de la sala gris debajo.

Nuestro Primer objetivo es conseguir el item "Steam Sales" que se puede craftear de la siguiente manera:
Una vez consigamos la primera Steam Sale podremos tirar una bomba en la maquina de ReRoll para poder conseguir un par de monedas mas, antes no! porque puedes rerollear la tienda y perder el item con descuento.

Como segundo objetivo sera conseguir 4 Steam Sales mas, siempre puedes usar monedas de 5 o 10 para comprar el item con descuento en la tienda y así poder conseguir mas recursos, aquí tienes que ver si te conviene agarrar monedas para comprar objeto y seguir consiguiendo recursos o las metes al saco para poder craftear el item.
Si te quedas sin monedas para comprar item siempre puedes ir a la sala principal y tocar el botón para conseguir mas monedas.

Una vez obtengamos las 5 Steam Sales y los objetos de la tiendan tengan un precio de $3 ya hemos ganado.
Ahora solo queda comprar esos objetos, sacar recursos, agarrar mas dinero y seguir en este ciclo sin fin.

A partir de aqui hay 2 formas de seguir:

• Puedes ver los links de los crafteos y armar los items que quieras.

• O (mi fav) agarrar cosas random y ver que sale e ir creando una masa de items random y ver que sale.

Luego queda seguir los demás pisos y matar a Greed.
(No te olvides de llegar a Greed con 99 monedas)

Once we start Greed mode with Cain's alter, we will go directly to the store to see if there are any discounted item slots.

Once we find that discounted object in the store we will look around if there are poops, buttons or chests that we can open to grab resources. (IMPORTANT DO NOT USE YOUR ONLY KEY TO OPEN A FIRST YELLOW CHEST)
Then we will go directly to the yellow room opening it with our initial key and we will "grab" the item that he gives us. Automatically the item is transformed into resources.
We will do the same with the object in the gray room below.

Our first objective is to get the item "Steam Sales" that can be crafted in the following way:
Once we get the first Steam Sale we can throw a bomb in the ReRoll machine to get a couple more coins, not before! because you can reroll the store and lose the discounted item.

As a second objective it will be to get 4 more Steam Sales, you can always use 5 or 10 coins to buy the item at a discount in the store and thus be able to get more resources, here you have to see if it is convenient for you to grab coins to buy object and continue getting resources or put them in the bag to be able to craft the item.
If you run out of coins to buy items you can always go to the main room and touch the button to get more coins.

Once we get the 5 Steam Sales and the items in the store have a price of $ 3 we have already won.
Now it only remains to buy those objects, get resources, grab more money and continue in this endless cycle.

From here there are 2 ways to continue:

• You can see the links of the crafting and assemble the items you want.

• Or (my fav) grab random things and see what comes out and create a mass of random items and see what comes out.

Then it remains to follow the other floors and kill Greed.
(Don't forget to reach Greed with 99 coins)

Como conseguir 999 en la maquina de Greed

Por si no sabían, el juego registra cuantas monedas consigues con cada uno de los personajes, cuantas mas monedas pongas con un mismo personaje tendrá mas posibilidades de que se bloquee la maquina antes.
Para solucionar este problema es tan fácil como usar otros personajes al momento de poner las monedas.
Pero... ¿como uso otros personajes si necesito a Cain para romper las runs?
Para solucionar esto necesitas craftear el item HERMOSO llamado "Clicker"
Aquí la receta:
Clicker: 2 Monedas de 5, 2 Monedas, 1 Llave, 1 Bomba, 2 Corazones.
Este objeto es una activa que al usarlo te cambia aleatoriamente de personaje.
(Deberías desbloquear mas alters para tener mas posibilidades)
En caso de que uses Clicker y te toque un personaje que ya usaste para meter monedas puedes volver a cargar el item para volver a usarlo. (Recomiendo craftear varios Battery Packs para tener baterías y recargar el item en el momento)

NO LO USES AUN!

Asegúrate de llegar al piso del cofre (el anterior al que esta Greed) para poder seguir crafteando items.

How to get 999 on Greed's machine

In case you did not know, the game registers how many coins you get with each of the characters, the more coins you put with the same character, the more chances that the machine will crash sooner.
To solve this problem it is as easy as using other characters when putting the coins.
But ... how do I use other characters if I need Cain to break the runs?
To solve this you need to craft the item BEAUTIFUL called " Clicker "
Here the recipe:
Clicker: 2 Coins of 5, 2 Coins, 1 Key, 1 Bomb, 2 Hearts.
This object is an active that when using it randomly changes your character.
(You should unlock more alters to have more possibilities)
In case you use Clicker and you touch a character that you already used to put coins you can reload the item to use it again. (I recommend crafting several Battery Packs to have batteries and recharge the item at the moment)

DO NOT USE IT YET!

Make sure you get to the floor of the chest (the one before the one Greed is on) in order to continue crafting items.
