Halo 2A: Splatter and environmentalist Medals/ fastest way

This is the fastest method of getting 100 Splatter and environmentalist Medals in Halo 2A for the "ROADKILL RAMPAGE" and "ROCK AND COIL HIT BACK" achievements.
(2 PLAYER ONLY)

procedure

-limit your match making servers to 2 servers so the odds of you and your partner getting into the same game increase

-go to match making and choose Halo 2A (uncheck all other games)

-choose 1vs1 and slayer as the only gamemode

search for a game at the same time as your partner

if its the map lockdown you can proceed.If its any other map you may wanna quit or use the oppurtunity to do some other achievements.

on lockdown:

(envoirmentalist medals) locate the fusion coils, strip your enemies shield and blow it up.Theres a bunch of fusion coils on the map.


(splatter medals) locate the 3 hanging pieces of ice and have your enemy stand under them.Then shoot the ice .Your friend has to jump into the main part of the spike that is falling off in order to get insta killed and for you to get the splatter medal.

@Maxie i think you get punished harder for leaving matches early now so avoid doing that i guess.Its not as efficent as it used to be

I found this guide after I got both achievements. They're a pain but if this method ever becomes void, I found the easiest way was
FFA any map for Rock and coil hitback. Ice glaciers or the Gas cans. Took some time but doable.

All game mode big team battle for Splatter. Ghost was my vehicle of choice. Banshee was decent on slayer 4v4 maps but in Big team their is only 4 maps and no banshee, the Hornet just gets you killed, but it does get splatters.

Flag and bomb modes are handy as you can defend/ attack with ghost and not focus on the Objective.

They both took time but they were not impossible. Good luck!
