overture title guide

this guide should help you with obtaining all of the titles from the overture campaign. now, i won't be able to give exact numbers on certain objectives, however i will be as accurate as possible.

people that have contributed to the quality of this guide:
Kumubou

Q01: The Adventure Begins

Narrowly Averted
allow the time to run out before killing the first monster

No!!
tell the goddess no more times than you should have to

Q02: Last Remnant

Rare Monster Hunter
kill the monster that spawns at the dead tree to the north when there are 10 seconds left

Weapon Getter
purchase the iron sword in the first town for 500 gold. this sword is only available when there are less than 15 seconds left.

Q03: Fight The Thieves

Goddess Statue Lover
talk to the woman in the second town and she will tell you where you can find the statue. save the statue from the thief and then pray at it.

Herb Lover
buy at least one herb from both towns

Q04: The Deep Forest

Grass Cutting Hero
burn all of the grass in the forest

Eater Eater
defeat the creature that blocks the northern-most path. it should have a danger sign above it.

Q05: Two Roads

Horseman
talk to the carroty old man in the second village and buy his carrot for 100 gold. then take the carrot back to the first village and give it the rancher.

Explorer
defeat the enemies in the cave directly east of the first town to open the shortcut to the evil lord's castle.

Q06: Unseen Enemies

No Miss
complete the quest without being hit by any of the tornadoes

Axe Getter
defeat the enemy in the cave to the far north and open the chest. the second tornado goes by the entrance so wait for it to pass or follow the tornado around the mountain.

Q07: Infinite Maze

Bad With Directions
get sent bad to the begining multiple times for going the incorrect direction

Navigator
complete the quest without taking an incorrect path

Q08: Castle Knights

Destroyer
kill every enemy before the timer runs out. (this can not be done if you tell the knights to guard an area)

Fight With Knight
talk to Knight in the castle and then continue to turn down his suggestions until he asks if you want him to fight with you.

Q09: Oncoming Terror

New Shoes
go to the 4th village and wait for the monster to destroy the other 3. then enter and go to the far right to purchase the boots for 200 gold.

Rock Breaker
break the rocks in all four caves. all of the caves except for the one to the east of the 4th village will have monsters and one rock while the one east of the 4th village will have 5 rocks.

Q10: A Swordsman's Pride

Lover Of Gilded Splendor
in the first village you will need to buy the Golden Scudetto for 350 gold. then, go to the cave north of the first village. go north in the cave and exit. buy the gorgeous mail in the town located there for 450 gold. (thank you to Kumubou for pointing out that both items need to be purchased in the same quest session.)

For The Sword
go to the cave north of the first village. go north in the cave and exit. go to the cave north of the village and kill the monster for the swordstone. give the swordstone to the blacksmith and he will give you roken's sword. instead of giving the sword to roken, complete the quest with the sword.

Q11: Dual Towers

Rock Killer
destroy all of the rocks in the towers.

Warp Lover
go through portals multiple times. (Kumubou confirmed when they attempted to go through every portal only once.)

Q12: Black Wings

Diary
check the destroyed building in the town to obtain the diary.

Just Barely
enter the cave to the north when there is less than 3 seconds left. (Kumubou tested this title more appropriately)

FYI: "Warp Lover" on Q11 doesn't need to be *every* portal, just going through portals lots of times (I was going back and forth three times through each and didn't hit all of them before the title procced)

Also confirming Q12 Just Barely, I went in at 2.xx and it worked.

for Q11 Warp Lover, I got it after warping back and forth 30 times in the first warp circle.

For Q11: Dual Towers - Warp Lover, I just spammed one Warp and it gave me the title. Not sure how many times it was, though.
