Luna will wander in The Hub after import or new game, she needs 5000 Cats to recruit, if your squad size >= 3 she only needs 3000 Cats.
Luna has special clothes, but her clothes could be take off, she also fits most clothes!
Luna wants to hide her wings, maybe you can help her with the research in level 2 tech table, unlock the "Hidden Luna's Wings" crafting(shirt slot, craft in Leather Armour Crafting Bench).
Luna contains almost all animation files, you don't need patches.

it might be the world stat problem, i recommend to import without check the"import dead people"

I put the mod in the order and still doesn't work idk if it's cuz If you have already been in the hub it doesn't work but maybe doesn't work with importing also it doesn't work on Youmu Konpaku, Luna Child and Lyrica importing ;n;

为什么我这里露娜装备武器不显示啊，战斗的时候拿在手里可以显示。背在背上或者跨在腰上的武器都不显示。

把起义军mod卸了再导入，露娜应该就出来了，其他覆盖枢纽城的mod同理

这倒可以，人体的应该能用，不过还得慢慢调，特别是衣服的
