Stand near the roses and push A button. For like a minute or two a sound clip will play. After that the achievement of will pop up.

Still works, when kneel by the rose.

You need to stay nealing until it pops up. It might make a difference if you kneel by the tape reel otr the rose. I did the tape first, didn't work, then I kneeled by the rose for about 1.5 mins and it poped up.
