Getting Started
Complete the game up until you reach the Restricted Zone, the final chapter of the storyline. It may take you 5 hours or so if you rush through the story. More info can be found here:

Once you activate that arcade machine, you will be able to access TimeSplitters 2 at any time through the Extras menu.

Entering Codes
Cheats can be entered at any point in TS2 from here. They can be done with a controller, like an Xbox 360 one, or with your keyboard and mouse. It's best to do them in the story menu, as some will make you go back to a previous menu. The Arcade cheat will make you exit the game, but you can re-enter it and play Arcade as intended. Wait for each menu to load before continuing a cheat that entered or closed another menu, as rushing it can cause issues with the code registering.

Here are the codes, courtesy of Fanoto and the Dambuster Studios Easter Egg discord. All credit goes to them for this discovery!

Here's how the menu looks with Arcade unlocked.
Notes about the Cheats and the Port
  • Your profile name will be the same as your computer's user name.
  • If you use codes to unlock the extra content, you will need to re-enter them every time you restart Homefront: The Revolution.
  • The menus can be buggy in TS2. Some things will appear scrunched-up or off-screen, like the levels menu.
  • Some story levels will crash the game, like NeoTokyo.
  • Everything is unlocked when a code is entered. This also includes the Consultant character, who is not normally available.
  • Gun sounds are different in this port. There are also unique lighting effects for fire and laser weapons.
  • Rain effects will create visual glitches. For example, in the final section of Notre Dame, black squares will appear on your screen instead of raindrops.

Here's an example of a menu distortion.

Here is how the character menu looks.
TS2 Redux: Patching and Fixing the Game
If you want an overall fix of Homefront's TS2, right down to the menu designs and unlocked cheats, then I would recommend trying out TS2 Redux! It fixes up the PC port and introduces lots of quality of life changes to it. Plus, there are tons of mods to try out, like the new Chemical Plant level in Arcade!

You can check out the project page here: https://github.com/HFTSRedux/TS2Redux.

The most up-to-date releases of TS2 Redux can be found here: https://github.com/HFTSRedux/TS2Redux/releases

I would recommend also checking out its features and installation guide here as well[github.com].

(Optional) Trimming down game files
If you want to scale down the file size of Homefront: The Revolution, you can use Scotch's TS2 Ripper program to remove everything that isn't needed to run TimeSplitters 2.
  • Download the program here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ofu5x3m8gqhebcj/TS2-Ripper.bat?dl=0.
  • Save to your desktop (or anywhere) and run.
  • Paste your Homefront folder path into it and hit enter. It will then put all non-essential files in Homefront_The_Revolution\ripped.
  • You can either keep the ripped folder, in case you want to make Homefront work as usual again, or delete it to save space.
This is version 0.1. It takes it down to 16GB, saving about 30GB.

Conclusion
There's still more to figure out about the TS2 port. Can MapMaker be accessed? Does multiplayer work if you access the machines in co-op mode? What is the Hasit Debug Menu, and can it permanently enable the extra content of TS2? I will try to keep this guide updated when new information comes out.

An in-depth look at the Homefront 2 port of TS2, which was made by Scotch, can be found here. Remove the spaces in the address for it to work.

I've tried changing it there but it doesn't merge the axis speed afaik

Redux shares sensitivity options with Homefront: The Revolution. Adjusting it in that game's menu should adjust it in TimeSplitters 2 Redux.

Is there any way to make the mouse sensitivity consistent on both axis? I'm using the redux version and looking left and right is far quicker than looking up and down

TS2 Redux allows you to save trophy progress, but hitting the "save" button doesn't give any audio feedback. A lot of people have mentioned that they didn't even realize the button worked.
