The Cannibals also aren't a nation, they are made up of many warring tribes (well, they are supposed to be, but the game lists them as one faction even though lore-wise they are many small tribes led by three powerful tribes)

I'd never call something "THE" Empire, literally EVERY other thing uses it, I'd rather call it the United Cities Empire

with teleportation mods you can set up shop in any territory and easyly restockthe shops with there needs

i like the cannibal zone to plus theres no anoying tax visits and you can produce any item without interfirance.

Thought I had set up where no one would bother me. Turns out I set up shop in the middle of cannibal territory. They're just a petty annoyance to my soldiers and turrets, but the problem is having to deal with them while my main group is out of town.

Only place I have not found is Beep's Island. Not sure if it's bugged or I'm blind.

EIther way, absolutely love this map. Giving me a lot of nostalgia.
