how to get the cuckoo's nest achievement

to get the achievement you have to get all the family and make them go nuts
1. don't let them leave the bunker
2. don't let them talk to anyone
3. don't let them get the family pictures
4. don't let the kids play or go ( same thing on the parents )
5. don't get sharikov or pancake
6. if you get the option to blame someone for steal the food DO IT
7. read mary jane's diary ( Mary's diary )
8. don't give birthday gifts
9. steal from the others everytime you get the chance
10. if someone in the family die you can't get the achievement so restart

Another way to get this achievement easily is to play on tsar bomb difficulty (due to bad events), grab the family, some food and water, and also the medkit and wait until you get the inability to sleep event and refuse to let them use the medkit for sleeping pills, makes everyone in the shelter crazy instantly (most times)
