edens soul but passive

this mod adds an item that whenever tear appears on the screan (aka you shoot) 2 items appears, so it's basically eden's soul but passive, if you want to give yourself this item just type in console "g edens soul but passive" or something like that, i didn't put it in any itempools because well, who unironically want this in a run?

If you wonder why i made, i have 2 reasons:
1. i like making stupid sutf
2. i want to learn lua a bit
