3 reasons why you should use sprinklers, or should start using them!
To keep it simple, short, and sweet. If you allowed the game to create random scenarios, a fire in the kitchen was probably one of them!

To quickly, and efficiently thwart a fire in your kitchen use SPRINKLERS! Fires can be a devastating toll on your prisons management and efficiency, to repair a prison fire it costs too much money, especially in the kitchen where it contains expensive equipment. And it leaves too much room for down time, causing prisoners to get hungry and kill people. To add, a fire and also kill your guards, prisoners, and your cooks!

DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THE USEFULNESS AND ABILITY OF THIS FORGOTTEN AND BARELY USED OBJECT!

WHY?

1) Calling the fire engine works, sure, but its too slow. Why the hell are you gonna rely on the games AI tracking?

2) Calling the fire engine allows the fire to spread and proliferate for too long!

3) they are simply effective, and they immediately detect a fire and start drenching the area in water. Causing no damage at all.

All in all, sprinklers are useful 'lil things that don't receive enough credit.

Reason 4. You can put a sprinkler on the power station to add more fuel to the flames :)
