<NextBirthingDate>
<Year>1</Year>
<DayOfMonth>1</DayOfMonth>
<Season>spring</Season>
</NextBirthingDate>
Obviously, you'll want to replace the Year, DayOfMonth, and Season with your target date (generally 14 days from "today"). This works for any gender pairing, by the way — the game is intelligent enough to figure out who's gonna have the baby, if it's at all possible. The only downside is that you don't get the official (somewhat lackluster) prompt asking if you want to have a baby with your spouse. Everything else plays out normally.
Now, get out there and make some weird babies~!
