East German Database - COLD WAR SERIES

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
East Germany Database.

Added in East German nation into the game. All cities from Eastern Germany, players born in cities from Eastern Germany, and clubs in cities from Eastern Germany have changed from German to East German. Germany has changed from Germany to West Germany. Highest reputation teams from lower divisions have replaced teams in Bundesliga system that have been moved to East German league system.

Three tiers football pyramid:
*Oberliga
*Liga (split into two groups)
*Berzirksliga (split into four regional groups)

Cup competitions:
*FDGB Pokal (FA Cup)
*DFV Supercop (Super Cup)
*DDR-Oberliga Final (played between two top teams for Oberliga)

Team placement and league structure based on 1988/89 season

Known bugs:
*Can not select East German as nation of manager
*Can not select East German team as Favourite Team when creating manager

Works with other Cold War databases I have made !!! EXCEPT FOR CZECHOSLOVAKIA !!!. If you find any bugs or problems please comment.

Hi I have updated the file with a version that does not have a foreign player limit (something I originally did not want to include because Cold War sides traditionally did not use many foreign players if any). If it still doesn't work, please let me know. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay. I have made many attempts to rectify the issue but am not able to stop the game from reading East German players as foreign. I imagine I would have to start from scratch to try to fix it, and at this point I am unwilling to do that with the time I have available. I may attempt to recreate the database for FM15 when it is released.

I'm sorry about any inconvenience :(

Thanks for the comment. I have been unable to access my computer for some time so have not had a chance to address the issue. I will look into shortly and replace the file with a working version when I can.
