Slow loading?
The game seems to have an issue where it will take crazy amounts of time to load into the next section of the game. In fact, when starting the game, you're presented with a loading screen that can take anywhere between 2 to 5 minutes just to load into the game itself.

This seems to be an issue caused by the DLC. Luckily, you can fix this relatively easy by disabling the DLC in the Steam library.

To do so, go into your Steam Library and highlight Persona 5 Strikers. You can either right click on it in the side bar, or click on the gear icon on the right side of the games' banner once it's loaded up in the Steam app.

From here, click on the DLC tab and uncheck any DLC you have installed. Yes, I know this means you'll have to go without that beautiful Persona 1 and 2 OST, but Strikers' OST is full of bangers as is. Let's appreciate Lyn for just one more game?

5th Dungeons' Infinite Loading Screen
There also seems to be a widespread issue with the 5th dungeon, where after you beat the boss, it causes an issue where the game will be stuck in an infinite black loading screen.

This is probably the simplest fix in the game, as all you have to do is set the game to run in Administrator mode. This is a pretty straightforward step, but I'll show you how anyway.

Navigate to the game's EXE file in its' install directory. You can do this by clicking on that gear icon again from the last step, but now you'll need to click on the Local Files tab and click the BROWSE button.

A file explorer window should open, showing you some basic folders and an EXE file for the game titled "game.exe". What you'll want to do is right click the file, and click on the "Properties" option.

Once that window opens, click over to the "Compatibility" tab. Once done, look to the bottom and check off "Run this program as an administrator" and once you've checked it, click the Apply button, and you should be all set!

For the first part you do not need to turn off all DLC, you only need to turn off the Bonus content. The BGM and All-Out Attack pack are completely fine. :Mask5:

For those who still cannot progress after 5th boss: Running as administrator WAS NOT ENOUGH ON IT'S OWN for me. I've tried it as a first thing and it still gave me the black screen. But after multiple attempts which included: changing graphical settings, nvidia control panel settings and disabling the dlc, launching as administrator worked. I can't tell what exactly made it work, but disabling dlc and launching as administrator were the last things I did.

I tried doing your fix for the 5th Jail, but the same thing happened, no difference. :sadfriend:

Thanks for the heads up friendo. I was just about to go into that same jail last night at 3am and my body was like "nope" and i am happy it did, because i now fixed an issue that would have possibly caused me a severe issue if not resolved prior.:Mask3::Mask2::Mask1::Mask4::Mask5:

Can confirm that turning all settings to low and checking the "run as administrator" on compatibility also solved this issue for me thanks!

I did both steps and got even longer loading times. :(
I still can't understand how the fuck it happened even, I crashed once after saving and my loading times went from 3s max on an SSD to like 15 seconds to 2 mins
