IMPORTANT:
In order to have activation work the way it does in this video add the following lines to your DismembermentWeapons.cfg file:

WEAPON_RUN_OVER_BY_CAR
WEAPON_FALL
WEAPON_PISTOL50
WEAPON_GRENADELAUNCHER
WEAPON_GRENADE
WEAPON_STICKYBOMB
WEAPON_EXPLOSION
WEAPON_RAMMED_BY_CAR

ALSO IMPORTANT - in order to have the new stump effects working in version 2.0 you MUST have Simple Trainer (8.6) mod installed. Don't ask me why.
