Unlockable Sunken Chest

Adds a new item, the Treasure Key, that can be used to unlock Sunken Chests. Sunken chests have 15 storage slots and can be carried like any other heavy object.

Treasure Keys can be found inside large fish in the ocean. Just murder, cook or wait for one to die to see if it had a key.
Crab King might also drop a few keys if you defeat him!

Fish that live in deeper waters, like Dandy Lionfish and Black Catfish, are more likely to have swallowed a key.

The chances for keys are as follows:
Deep Bass - 5%
Mudfish - 10%
Dandy Lionfish - 20%
Black Catfish - 15%
Corn Cod - 10%
Koi - 15%
Ice Bream - 20%
