The 4 Types of AI
Throughout your time in The Isle, you will notice 4 types of ai roaming about ready to be eaten! These AI range in size, shapes and speeds. Please be aware that AI spawns around players and players below a certain amount of hunger. If you are full up on food and hear AI, keep an eye out for others.

The 4 types are:
-Avaceratops (Ava)
-Psittacosaurus (Taco)
-Orodromeus (Oro)
-Velociraptor (Velo)

Each AI has its own unique calls, speeds and difficulty in hunting, which will be covered further in this guide!

Avaceratops (Ava)

The Ava is the biggest AI out of the 4. Avas provide the most amount of food for all carnivores however they are rather speedy!

You will likely spot this AI before any other as it is noisy and decently sized. Avas are a green and orange striped horned herbivore. I highly recommend hunting this AI if you are fast enough, maybe don't choose this as food if you are a slow juvie (unless your willing to go for a small run). Be aware large carnivores will choose to hunt this AI over everything else, so make sure you keep an eye out when hunting for large footsteps!

Psittacosaurus (Taco)

The Taco is rather small and squeaky. Tacos provide little food however, for some dinos, tacos can fill a good amount of your hunger!

You will likely hear this AI before seeing it as its small and runs very slowly. Tacos are a small dark herbivore with hairs sticking up on the top of its tail and small horns on the side of its face along with a small cute beak. I highly recommend hunting this AI if you are slow and hungry. However, as a large dino, you may have to crouch to bite it due to it being so small. Usually, this little AI has very quick footsteps in which can be heard if close by.

Orodromeus (Oro)

The Oro is a similar size to the Taco making it hard to find at first glance. Oros provide a fair amount of food fro nearly all dinos. so if your hungry, I definitely say to go for this little guy to give you a good boost of food!

You will likely hear this AI with its bird-like call and its light coloured body. Oros are a small bird/raptor-like animal. This AI has a white, black and beige coloured body with a medium-size tail, which usually gives it away. I highly recommend hunting this AI if you are hungry as any sized carnivore, luckily its speed isn't too fast for younger dinos.

Velociraptor (Velo)

The Velo is a small carnivore which will attack you if you are a little juvie, so make sure you listen out for it screeching! Velos provide little food however, for some dinos, Velos can fill a good amount of your hunger!

You will likely hear this AI before seeing it as its small, speedy, loud and blends in very well with its surroundings. Velos are a small green and brown carnivore and can be hard to spot unless they scream out, which may make you jump. I recommend this AI If you are hungry, got some speed and are not on this AI's snack list (specifically small juvies, unless you are good at avoiding its quick bites)

Conclusion
Now you should be a bit more familiar with the current AI running around in The Isle!
-
Before you head off on your journey to growing a strong carnivore, take some time to educate yourself on the calls and footsteps with the links provided on each AI description. Remember you are not the only hungry dino around and AI may also be heard by other larger and feisty carnivores!

Good luck on your adventures and catch some snacks!!
