Thank you for your guides! However, this is not 100%. It does not cover:

-First Do No Harm: After trapping the doctor in the incinerator, don’t pull the switch to burn him. Just leave through the elevator. (Had to replay the whole Hospital chapter 3 times because of this)

Also, while I was replaying the school part for missing stuff following your guide, I beat the final teacher (piano) to realise that you put the 5th glitching remain not in order (22:31 Glitching Remain 5) unlike the rest of all the guides. Please fix this (Also had to replay 3 times because of this)
