(2021) How to make L4D2's weapons visually stunning (WITH STEAM WORKSHOP MODS)

Before we get started
L4D2 being 10 years old, you can't deny that the game has aged horribly, in certain aspects, a prime example being the gun reloads and animations. This guide's goal is to improve the first person animations.

I will be showing you my favourite weapon mods, but at the end of the guide i will link all the weapon collections. These are weapon mods which keep the original feel of the game.

these are all client side mods, mods that only you, the player will see, anybody that joins your game will not be able to see the addons you have installed.

Desert eagle
This hand cannon is a lethal weapon for dispatching infected. A very popular choice for expert and realism, this pistol can one shot infected. At only 8 rounds, this weapon is good for pairing with a shotgun.

For me, the DDM4V5 and the Tarkov Tan M4A1 are my preferred M16 mods.
