Introduction
I've made some loot maps of the Northcrest Manor level for the Chain and Gain challenge. I thought I'd share them.

The maps should indicate the aproximate positions of 100% (133/133) of the loot items. Some gear, food and poppy might be missing.

The maps apply to all three Challenge modes (Chain and Gain / Special Loot / Chain and Gain limited) but I recommend you first only do Chain and Gain until you learn loot locations and guard path timings.
Map Legend and Notes
I've marked the aproximate position of each loot item that rests on either furniture or on the floor with a yellow dot.

I've also marked loot that is inside a cabinet with an orange dot. Cabinets with loot are marked with a brue rectangle, and empty cabinets are marked with a red outline. Both might have loot ON them.

For the cabinets that have 4 drawers, I've marked what drawer the loot is in using the following notations:
  • LU - Left Up drawer
  • LD - Left Down drawer
  • RU - Right Up drawer
  • RD - Right Down drawer

Red dots mark loot in the 2nd floor on the rafters in the library room.

Green dots are Food, light blue dots are Poppy and mangenta dots are arrows (or gear).

Guards that have pickpocketable loot have patrol routes marked with a yellow line, and other guards have their patrol routes marked with a gray line.

"Secret" Statue Room:

To solve the Statue puzzle and be able to loot the 6 items in the Statue Room, you need to rotate each statue so that its eyes light up.

The puzzle seems to have a random solution each time you play, but it seems that you only need to rotate a statue once.

So if a statue doesn't have its eyes light up already, rotate it left. If its eyes don't light up, rotate it right twice.

I'm late to the party, but cool to see another serious and "nerdy" guide. :) I made one like this myself for the House of Blossoms map.
I wish I had been smart though and taken screen caps of the map, so I didn't have to edit it in MS Paint... I also made various symbols, most notably for empty drawers or drawers with loot.
Anyway, the best way is to utilize the map to help you grind everything and after a while you won't need the map. And that's when you get fast. :)
Cheers.
PS. I haven't played this one yet but thanks to your guide I might!
