The "Phantom Squid" Quest can actually be two quests, if you side with Aster .
They are called "Phantom Squid Hunt" and " The Phantom's Quest ". Resulting in a total of 33 Sidequests.
In my playthrough, the second one did not appear right away: I had already completed the bookcase switches puzzle before I tracked down the Pahntom Squid and chose to side with Aster . It (the sidequest) only appeared in my quest log, once I explicitly talked to Aster , afterwards.
After completing that quest, I also got the "Excessively Helpful" Achievement.
But I can not test, if making the aforementioned decision is a requirement for getting that achievement.
And if anyone counts the Sidequests, in-game "Heron’s Well" and "The Seabird's Tear" are listed as two dedicated Sidequests.
Also, does anyone else have that problem with The Tic Tac Champ quest and completed it without giving oranges to Aubrey? Because it's what happened to me, I earned the money and now can't give her oranges and complete the quest :/
Oh and I found quite a funny thing, don't know if anyone mentioned it before, but if you are in Aubrey house, you can grab a chair and if you take it out of her house you will find yourself on the walls of the city. You can exit it by heading North East (you'll enter mayor's library, where Hazel was/is)
After that, you can keep putting coins in but you don't get anything else (at least under my experiment, where I dumped over 1200 coins in)
