MISSION OBJECTION

One Word : SURVIVE!!!

Three Main Objectives: EAT SLEEP AND PLAY!

You can do whatever you want. Just don't go and dye t-shirts without me! This is a survival mode guide, now, isn't it? I'm "trying" to help you. "Advise" you. "Enlighten" you. "Guide" you. However you would like to word it. I'm just here to say some stuff on the internet and leave it here. Do what you must with the information I leave behind. :)

I have never played a survival game quite like this. You literally eat, sleep and arcade. You make money by taking on odd jobs around the neighborhood to spend on stuff to survive or arcade games to earn tickets for prizes, that way you can dumpster dive in hopes of something editable.

***The Money Machine is still inside most of the arcades and found where you would find it in Birthday Mode but is is inaccessible during survival mode. Thankfully with the Mall Update, Uncle Phil has some other ways he can help you earn some cash.

Start off: Your House
7am You will wake up every day at this time. There is no alarm clock you can set. (That i know of) Although you can find an alarm clock just chilling on the dresser living its best life.

DAY 0 The day count starts at 0 so you will always start on Day 0, followed by Day 1, Day 2 and so on. I read somewhere, not sure where that once you get to Day 99,it stops counting. I have yet to make it to Day 99 to test that, if someone has, please let me know down in the comments. It will be added in and you will get the credit. :)

WHAT YOU GOT Where I come from, we say "Run your pockets"
You start the game with 2.50 in your pockets, 10 dollars in the bank, No tickets to your name and your only transportation options are The Bus or Bike. The bike can be found out front of the player home. If lost, it can be towed back to the player home, free of charge via accessing the map on your smart watch and hitting the bike reset button.

PEEP THOSE VITALS It is very important to maintain the health and energy bars. You don't have to listen to me but i recommend it. Highly. Like, you should do it. Cause if you don't, you are in a world of trouble.... I wouldnt be sure tho. When your health goes down to 0, it is game over, When your energy goes down to 0, Im still not sure, I havent crossed that bridge.
You begin the game with 65 energy, 99 health and 50 rubber bands
To regain energy consume soda and junk food
To regain health. consuming band aids, vitamins and food
To get rubber bands buy or find bags or complete the newspaper route.
Rubberbands are used for the rubber band gun

WHEN YOU WAKE IN THE MORNING AND YOU STEP OUTSIDE---
When you start the game, you wake up in your bedroom on the second floor of a house. There is not much you can interact with in the room. The bed is only accessible after 7pm. Anytime before that, it is made and cannot be used. The chair in the corner can be sat in. The claw machine in the corner can be interacted with, you can use it as it is meant to be used as well as open it and put stuff inside it to claw out yourself. It is free to use this claw machine. At the start of the game you can find 1 candy plush, 2 empty cans, 1 can of soda and 1 fish food. You can take or leave it or try and claw it out. However you are feeling.

Going downstairs you will find yourself next to the television in the living room, that is just a large room with an area that is the kitchen and an eating area, On a shelf next to the dinner table, there are free things that you can put to use or save for when you are broke: 2 fish food. 2 swan food. 1 band aid. 1 bag of rubber bands. 1 vitamin. 2 cheesy poofs. In the fridge there are free things: 6 pack of soda. 1 chicken fingers. 1 Salisbury steak.

There is a Swan and a Fish Tank that live in the house with you. Not only do you need to feed yourself you need to feed them both also. There is a number found on the swans bowl and in the tank to show you how full of food it is. The numbers are red but can be easy to miss, yet you can see them through walls. You can purchase more fish food and swan feed at the Island Market

Mom, or I call her Grandma, doesnt care what you do as long as you come home by curfew, 11pm. She does not seem to need any food or attention of any kind, she just stands near the dinner table most of the time. (I wish she had a chair that only she can sit in and goes back and fourth)

There are three doors in the living, only two of them you are able to open. The one closest to the kitchen opens into a bathroom. The one closest to the dinner table leads to a room where the goose can sleep, bath and paint pictures (?) The third door, the one closest to the fridge you cannot open and I can only guess that is where Moms room is.
Personalizing Your Character (In Progress)
Customizing your character is one thing everyone loves to do.

Currently there are 4 different clothing options for both the Male and Female aviator that are seleted at the start up menu. There are no other options or designs

JOBS FOR HIRE
Paper route:

The location of the paper stand and mailboxes can be found on the map. The paper stand is located very close to the player home. The mailboxes are spaced out around the island; they are red mailboxes. Both in game and on the map. 12 mini red mailboxes show where they are located on the map; they will change to green once a paper has been left inside successfully.

  • 12 papers to be delivered.
  • 1 rubber band and 2$ earned with each paper delivered
  • After all 12 delivered extra 15$
  • Total for complete job: 39$
Job Tip :[[video will be added soon if not already]] empty out everything in your inventory before you go to the paperstand and collect all 12 papers. Ride your bike for the route, and start at the mailbox outside of the player home (1), loop around to the two outfront of Stan-Os and Jerrys Gas and Go. (2 and 3). Hope on your bike and ride to the one next to Barry's Pawm Shop. (4) Get back on the bike and ride over to the bustop across the street from Larry's arcade and get that mailbox. (5). Cross the street and give one to Larry's Arcade (6). Bike time. Ride to the intersection of Main Street and the Loop, make a left and head towards the Beach. Two mailboxes will be at the first set of condos that come up on your right (7 and 8). Cross the road and head towards Frankies FIreworks, you will pass a mailbox on your left (9) if you pass the bus stop you went to far. Next mailbox is at the last set of condos after the Bots chargeing station (10). The last two are in the little sub section with the houses closer to the player house but if you start heading towards the Island Market, you will see a dirt path that will cut through and take you to the next mailbox (11). The final mailbox is just up the road as if you were to head back home (12)

Babysit:

  • Put 2 kid bots to bed
  • Put all toys away
  • Clean floor
  • Total for complete job : 20$

This house is the one with the garage and the playground thing in the back. There are also two car in the driveway, yet both parents went to the movies or something. Upon entering the house, there is a pink bot and a blue bot running around the house, making black smudges and throwing toys everywhere. You need to pick each kid up separately and plug them in their cribs. The cribs are in the first bedroom on the right down the hallway, which is the only door in the house you can open besides the front door. Plug those kids in, pick up all the toys they threw around in the toy-box in the corner and swifter up all the markings on the floor to complete this job

Lawnmower:

  • Mow the front and back lawns of a house
  • Total for complete job: 50$
  • BONUS TASK: Play fetch with a weiner dog. Use the yellow ball on the fence near the garage!

This is the house with the white fence and an open garage with a fancy car in it. Open the gate next to the garage to get into the yard and you will find the lawn mower next to the garage. Interact with it and you will begin the job. There is a timer so you know how long it took. There are four different parts of grass you need to mow completely to finish this job

Market Helper

  • Collect stray shopping carts and return them to the market
  • Total for complete job : 1$ per cart return, total varies on number of carts around

Carts can be found all around the market and surronding area. They seem to appear randomly and i havent noticed a certain amount daily to be found. Start at the market and look around for carts, sometimes you can find one behind Barry's Pawn. Just interact with the cart and walk it back to the Market Cart Jawn next to the market

Credit Union
As of May 20 2023 update, Survival Mode now has a banking system thanks to Islandville Credit Union!!

You can now save money at ATMs that are placed around the island.

Currently it has two things tied to it:
1 - You can save money
2 - You use it to pay the Programmable worker bots*

*Programmable worker bots were added in with the same update. Please refer to the Devs own update posted or check the programmable worker bot tab in this guide

For now, those are the only two things that are tied to the banking system until the Dev releases more updates.

MY THANKS TO THE DEV
This game is awesome. Its nostalgic. Now a days, you cant even get tickets at a arcade. Now only that, I found this game during Covid so it has been loving!
Keep it up. You have my support!
**Im going to be getting a Dunko hoodie soon.
Thank you for such an epic gaming experience during this time in human history.
My Personal Tips for Survival
1. Day 0
- Do all the Job For Hire to start your bank roll
- Sell extra news papers, empty cans, and everything in the claw machine at home
- Adventure! Learn the area, scout out the dumpsters and trashcans for early money with
free scratch offs, save money finding free soda and cheesy poofs. Sell everything
you find
- Before you go Home for the night, the only things you should buy are 6 packs of soda,
bandages, swan food* and fish food*
* = swan needs to be feed up to 2 times a day, the fish 1, if that
- Go to bed by 11

2. Day 1
- Do the Paper Route completely and Babysit
- If you didnt go broke the night before buying stuff for the house, please continue. If you are broke, you may need to hustle some more and try and have at least 300$ to play with
- Go to Barry's Pawn and check out the board that has 4 prizes listed that are selling for twice
the normal asking price.
Now pick one and go grind.

Day 3 and onward
>>>>>If you save your game, exit to the main menu and go back into your saved game, that will refresh Barry's Prize Board. Use this to your advance and play for the prize that is easier for you to get your hands on.<<<<<<<<<
For me, I enjoy Dunko and the Popcorn Pete Game. Both games will give you a free special plush if you collect all the cards.
The Dunko Plush sells for 52$ normally and 104$ when named as the Exotic Prize
The Popcorn Pete Plush sells for 150$ normally and is 300$ when named as the Exotic Prize.

That was my first strategy that has worked on more then one survival mode game save.

I am currently at Day 22
