How to fix "connection interrupted" error

A guide for people who receive the "connection interrupted" error consistently despite having adequate internet.

Im not an expert on how information exchanged is via routers etc. So I am not really qualified to explain how this fixes the issue. All I can say is that this has worked for me.

First, you need to login into your router, type either of these into your address bar on your preferred web browser.

192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1

Login into your router with your username and password (the username might be "admin" and the password might be "password" by default)

Locate the port forwarding tab (its likely under "advanced settings")

Once you are on the port forwarding tab create a new service, and set the TCP and UDP to "28960" and select the internal Ip address of your device. Save once complete.

This should fix the constant connection interrupted error.
