Introduction
If you've seen my WRC 6 guide, this will follow a similar format.

The achievement/accomplishment system is basically identical to WRC 6. You'll need to unlock all 95 accomplishments if going for 100% achievements, and unlocking the all accomplishments will unlock all the achievements as well. The game's last achievement: "Legend" requires you to complete all 95 accomplishments.

Be warned that the grind for this game is pretty bad. As a rough guide:
  • 36/41 achievements (the game's content) can be done in ~25 hours
  • next 3 achievements will take an additional ~15 hours
  • final 2 achievements will take an additional either:
    • ~30 hours; or
    • ~20 hours plus ~40 hours idling
Total 70-100 hours depending on whether you idle the last part.

The accomplishments are largely self-explanatory, this guide just covers a way to tackle them all efficiently. If you want, you can also can get everything just from playing and playing.

Edit: There may be an issue with Accomplisment #80. Might be worth attempting that one first before doing anything else.
Step 1: Multiplayer/Online (~5 hours)
18 - Challenger - Complete your first Stage in online multiplayer mode 19 - Contender - Complete 20 Stages in multiplayer mode 20 - Competitor - Complete 50 Stages in multiplayer mode 21 - Fast learner - Win your first Stage in online multiplayer mode 22 - Virtuoso - Win 10 Stages in online multiplayer mode 23 - Genius - Win 25 Stages in online multiplayer mode 24 - Amateur - Complete your first SSS in online multiplayer mode 25 - Ace - Complete 5 SSS in online multiplayer mode 26 - Rising star - Win your first SSS in online multiplayer mode 27 - Superstar - Win 10 SSS in online multiplayer mode 28 - Hero - Win their first rally in online multiplayer mode 29 - Sore loser - Withdraw from an online multiplayer Stage after it has started 31 - Leader - Have the best time at 5 checkpoints in a Stage 32 - Deadweight - Be more than 3 minutes behind at a checkpoint 80 - Spy - Consult another player's DriverCard 81 - Ghost hunter - Download and play against another player's ghost 82 - Spectator - Watch another player online

I've placed multiplayer first as it seems most fitting here, but these can be done at any time. You only need one online partner for all of these.

#18 to #27 boils down to:
  • Complete 50 Stages, winning at least 25
  • Win 10 SSS
The quickest SS are Monte Lerno (Italy), Bot (Spain), Great Orme (GB) = ~160s each
The quickest SSS are Coffs (Australia) and Harju (Finland) = ~95s each

#31 and #32 might be possible in local splitscreen, but I did them online.
#80 and #81 don't need an actual partner, you can do these through the in game leaderboard.
Step 2: Driving Test (~30 minutes)
75 - Office worker - Achieve a score of 90 on the driving test and receive a contract 79 - Certified driver - Achieve a score of at least 90 on the driving test

I've placed these here as #75 requires you to actually sign a contract with a team and I'm unsure what will happen if you've already signed with a team when attempting these.

The driving test is in WRC 7 is harder than in WRC 6 as it requires you to drive an actual SS: Fafe (Portugal), and not a SSS like in WRC 6. You need to finish in under 3:20 with minimal damage and without any resets. It's not too difficult and should be possible after a few attempts.

Driving style doesn't seem to matter, but stick with semi-pro or professional for the semi-auto gearbox. Drive carefully in the second sectors as it's easiest to damage the car there. I was on two wheels for ~3 seconds and still managed to finish in under 3:20.

#79 will unlock upon signing a contract in the step below.
Step 3: Career Mode (~16 hours)
01 - Newcomer - Complete your first Stage in solo mode 02 - Enthusiast - Complete 100 Stages 05 - Completionist - Complete all Stages (excluding SSS) in solo mode 06 - Poser - Complete all SSS in solo mode 09 - Upstart - Win your first Stage in solo mode 10 - Natural - Win 50 Stages 13 - Master - Win all Stages (excluding SSS) in Simulation mode 14 - Talent - Win all SSS in solo mode 15 - Perfectionist - Win all Stages (excluding SSS) in solo mode 16 - Show-off - Win all SSS in Simulation mode 53 - Junior WRC driver - Start a new career 54 - WRC 2 driver - Complete a Junior WRC season and move up to WRC 2 55 - WRC driver - Complete a WRC 2 season and move up to WRC 56 - WRC Champion - Complete a WRC season and become champion 57 - Workaholic - Complete 13 objectives within the same season 60 - Globetrotter - Complete a Stage in each country in solo mode 61 - Winner in Monte Carlo - Reach the podium in the Rallye Monte Carlo in career mode 62 - Winner in Sweden - Reach the podium in the Rally Sweden in career mode 63 - Winner in Mexico - Reach the podium in the Rally Guanajuato México in career mode 64 - Winner in Corsica - Reach the podium in the Che Guevara Energy Drink Tour de Corse in career mode 65 - Winner in Argentina - Reach the podium in the YPF Rally Argentina in career mode 66 - Winner in Portugal - Reach the podium in the Vodaphone Rally de Portugal in career mode 67 - Winner in Sardinia - Reach the podium in the Rally Italia Sargena in career mode 68 - Winner in Poland - Reach the podium in the ORLEN 74th Rally Poland in career mode 69 - Winner in Finland - Reach the podium in the Neste Rally Finland in career mode 70 - Winner in Germany - Reach the podium in the ADAC Rallye Deutschland in career mode 71 - Winner in Spain - Reach the podium in the RallyRACC CATALUNYA-COSTA DAURADA in career mode 72 - Winner in Wales - Reach the podium in the Dayinsure Wales Rally GB in career mode 73 - Winner in Australia - Reach the podium in the Kennards Hire Rally Australia in career mode 74 - Endurance - Win all ES in solo mode 92 - Stamina - Win your first ES in solo mode

Junior WRC + WRC 2:
Start a new career in Junior WRC. I prefer a team with "Speed" team strategy, since it's so easy to damage the car accidentally.

#79 will unlock with #53 if you scored 90+ in step 2.

If you are given the chance to move on to the next tier midway through a season, you can accept the offer and you'll still get related accomplishment/achievement. (Jagger4yk mentions in the comments this isn't true.)

WRC:
#13+#16: Before starting, I recommend switching to Simulation mode in the options or you'll have to go through all the stages again in quick play mode.

Since the WRC championship takes you through every stage, win everything for the country-related accomplishments (#60 to #73) as well as #05, #06, #14, #15, #74 and #92. Make sure to note any stages that are cancelled or you don't win on.

#57: At the beginning of every rally, your team gives you a "rally objective" that you must pass. For example:

They're usually really easy and will come with winning every stage. These were the 13 objectives I got over the season. There's only 13 rallies in a WRC season, so fail one and you'll have to start a new season. This accomplishment isn't possible in the junior levels.

You'll unlock other accomplishments during the career, but I've listed those in a later section.

If you get a puncture be sure to:
#89 - Tortoise - Stop to change a punctured tyre
#90 - Hare - Reach the finish line with a punctured tyre

Some other situational accomplishments you might want to finish during the career (but aren't listed in this step):
#58 - Die-hard - Win a Stage using only the cockpit view
#59 - Engineer - Set your car up manually
#86 - Scatterbrain - Drive a Stage with a car that has not been repaired (when repairs are available and the car has been damaged)
#87 - Manager - Spend exactly 45 minutes conducting repairs in one session
#88 - Hasty starter - Make a false start
Step 4: Miscellaneous Cleanup (~1 hour)
07 - Night owl - Win 10 Stages at night 17 - Defeatist - Withdraw from a Stage after it has started 30 - Neat freak - Finish a Stage without taking any damage in any mode 33 - Hard worker - Drive at every time of day 34 - Early bird - Complete 10 Stages at dawn 35 - Midday racer - Complete 10 Stages at noon 36 - Sunset rider - Complete 10 Stages in the evening 37 - Insomniac - Complete 10 Stages at night 38 - Weatherman - Drive in every weather conditions 39 - Sunbather - Complete 10 Stages under clear skies 40 - Lookout - Complete 10 Stages in cloudy or foggy conditions 41 - Rain lover - Complete 10 Stages in rainy condition 42 - Force of nature - Complete 10 Stages in bad weather condition 43 - Geologist - Drive on all surfaces 48 - Daredevil - Jump 200 times 49 - Spaceman - Jump a total of 1000 m 50 - Skidder - Drift 30 metres in one go 51 - Figure skater - Drift a total of 500 m 52 - Splasher - Go through 10 water puddles 58 - Die-hard - Win a Stage using only the cockpit view 59 - Engineer - Set your car up manually 76 - Grasshopper - Use the manual respawn for the first time 77 - Slacker - Use the manual respawn 100 times 78 - Public menace - Automatically respawn 100 times 83 - Carefree soul - Watch the full credits 84 - Charismatic leader - Have the repair team reach +10 morale 85 - Apathetic leader - Have the repair team reach -10 morale 86 - Scatterbrain - Drive a Stage with a car that has not been repaired (when repairs are available and the car has been damaged) 87 - Manager - Spend exactly 45 minutes conducting repairs in one session 88 - Hasty starter - Make a false start 89 - Tortoise - Stop to change a punctured tyre 90 - Hare - Reach the finish line with a punctured tyre 91 - Stuntman - Roll a car in any mode 93 - Crash-test dummy - Completely total a car in any mode 94 - Crash magnet - Total 10 cars

After finishing both career and multiplayer, I was already on 78/95 and these were my stats.

Time to do all the easy accomplishments. I'm not going to cover each one in detail, just some specifics:

#42: Not 100% sure what constitutes as a "bad weather condition", but I unlocked it on Karlstad (Sweden) in Dawn - Snow weather.

#77: Manually respawning at the start counts. You can quit straight to main menu and these will still accumulate.

#78: Reversing at the start of a SS counts as an automatic respawn. You can quit straight to main menu and these will still accumulate.

#85: -10 morale can only be done in Career mode. Continue your career and just give up on stages until morale reaches -10.

#87: Annoying one. You need exactly 45/45' with no penalty. Start a custom championship and trash you car in the first stage. It's hard to damage brakes and tyres with a slow car, so try damaging those a little first. It seems completely random, but here's what I did.
abtNaitY notes that even if Automatic repair gives you 45/45', you still must apply the repairs manually in order for the Accomplishment to unlock.

#93+#94: A car is totalled when the engine block is flashing red and damage bar completely depleted.
Set the difficulty to Hardcore and start a quick race on Harju (Finland). Drive round the first hairpin and crash into the wall at the end of the next straight at full speed. If the engine survived, drive down the road a little and into the trees ahead.
Quit to the main menu afterwards for it to count.
Step 5: Grind Grind Grind
03 - Expert - Complete 500 Stages 04 - Veteran - Complete 1000 Stages 08 - Test driver - Complete one Stage in every car 11 - Hotshot - Win 150 Stages 12 - Elite - Win 400 Stages 44 - Gravel specialist - Drive more than 1000 Km on gravel in solo mode 45 - Tarmac specialist - Drive more than 500 Km on tarmac in solo mode 46 - Snow specialist - Drive more than 500 Km on snow in solo mode 47 - Nomad - Drive more than 5,000 Km on any surface in solo mode 95 - Legend - Complete all accomplishments

Welcome to the last (and longest) part of the game! By now you should have 85/95 accomplishments unlocked. Here are my game stats at this stage.

As you can see, there's still a long way to go.

#08 needs to be done with every individual car, not just every team or make. This includes 52 cars: 18 WRC, 20 WRC 2, 10 Junior WRC and 4 Bonus Cars. The Porsche DLC Car is not required, even if it's installed. This can be combined with any of the grinds below.

#44, #45, #46: these are the fastest stages by average speed:
  • Gravel: Horkka (Finland) - 7.41km in ~227s = ~118km/h
  • Tarmac: Great Orme (GB) - 5.48km in ~161s = ~123km/h
  • Snow: Karlstad (Sweden) - 3.80km in ~118s = ~116km/h
Only focus on finishing gravel and snow at this stage, as you'll be doing the remaining grind on tarmac.

From this point onwards, there's two ways to complete the remaining accomplishments: Fully Active or Semi Idle.

Fully Active
All the remining accomplishments (#03, #04, #11, #12, #45, #47) can be grinded out on Great Orme (GB). You'll still need 500+ stages for the complete 1000 stages accomplishment, and this will push you over 5000km distance as well. This will probably take 30+ hours.

Semi Idle
The difference with this method is to complete a much faster shorter/stage for the 1000 stages accomplishment, then idle the remaining distance.

#03, #04, #11, #12: Coffs (Australia) at ~89 seconds is the shortest stage. 500+ stages will take ~10+ hours without accounting for loading times, though realistically it was closer to 20 for me.
Note that stages completed in multiplayer don't count for this.

There's something weird with how the game counts stages completed as this was my statistics screen after 1000 stages. Using WRC 6's calculation method (Stages completed = SS completed + SSS completed - Multiplayer Races) results in only 995 stages completed, so I don't know where the extra 5 came from.

#45, #47: Idle this by holding down the accelerator and continuously driving into an auto-respawn location. I've found this is possible in:
  • Barcelona (Spain): straight past the second donut section
  • Barcelona (Spain): into the finish line before finishing the second lap
  • Coffs (Australia): into the water section before the finish line
With performance damage turned off (otherwise the tyres and engine will wear down) the Barcelona locations are only ~55km/h (the donut section being 0.5km/h faster in my tests). Coffs I assume is slower because of the water. Make sure to finish the stage afterwards to keep the idled distance.

As I still needed 2200km this was a 40 hour idle.

End game stats:

Thank you for your guidance! Tell me, please, which route do you need to take to drive 10 times in difficult weather conditions? I've been through almost the entire game, but I still haven't been able to unlock this achievement! Thank you in advance

I don't think the MP servers are closed, but the DriverCards probably don't work so you can't unlock all the achievements

Are the online achievements still doable? Aren't the servers closed?

yeah, sadly, it's not going to be possible to get that Legendary achievement due to Drivercard issue.
