Fishing Every Fish in the Spiral

My main character is a death school student that runs around on the Scarecrow realm, named Ryan Hawktamer. She's trying to find every fish in the spiral, and with my guide that she'll make along the way, you can do it too!

*This guide will be updated as Ryan catches more fish*

Archer Fish

This fish is found in Ravenwood. Just look for the quick swimmers.

Balancecuda

These are pretty easy to find. They're most common in the Oasis on Krokotopia, however.

Bone Fish

This is part of Lucky Hookline's fishing quest. You can find these all over the Spiral, but I picked mine up in Olde Town. They're more common on Unicorn Way.

Catfish

This fish is in the commons. It's really easy to find due to being fire school. You can use the Reveal School Fish spell and scare away anything that isn't fire school. This is also part of Lucky Hookline's quest.

Chameleon Fish

This fish is on Krokotopia! It's more common to the Entrance Hall ponds, but I caught mine in the Oasis.

Chests

These are great for earning money and finding accessory items. They're all over the place, of all schools. You can buy a fishing spell that will remove them if you're having trouble catching actual fish.

Cold Cod

This is a seasonal fish! During the winter, you can find these in the commons.

Cuddlefish

You can only find these on Cyclops Lane. I recommend buying the death lure, because these are picky.

Deathacuda

This is another relatively common fish in many places. I caught my first one in Kembaalung Village.

Firecuda

This common 'cuda fish can be found all over. You'll probably wind up with a few looking for a Catfish or Krokotopian Eel.

Fish Sandwich

This is one of my personal favorites. Part of Lucky Hookline's quest, you can find it on Cyclops Lane.

Frost Dekoi

This is part of your very first fishing quest. You can find these throughout the Spiral, but they're really all over the place in Wizard City, especially the commons.

Garrrfish

I caught my first one in Olde Town, but they're far more common on Cyclops Lane. These are part of Lucky Hookline's quest.

Gullfish Grouper

You can find these in a few places, but the first place you can access to catch them is Triton Avenue.

Icecuda

This is the other fish in your very first fishing quest. These are common throughout the spiral, but you'll find them more often than not in the commons.

Kid Carp

A rare fish I wasn't even going for yet, I caught it with my rank 1 balance lure. Look for a small, fast swimmer in Kembaalung Village. This is a rank 2 fish, so you can start using your winnow rank spells to your advantage.

Krokotopian Eel

This is a beautiful rare fish found in the Oasis. I wasn't looking for it when I caught it.

Lifeacuda

This 'cuda is easy to find on Unicorn Way.

Mainstream Dekoi

These things are literally everywhere. I can't stop catching them.

Mechanical Armorhead

This is another one featured on Cyclops Lane.

Mistletoe Angler

This is a seasonal fish! During Christmas in July or Yuletide, find this one in the commons.

Mythacuda

I promise we're almost done with these. You'll probably end up with a couple of these 'cudas while you're on Cyclops Lane.

Owl-Eyed Pike

Considered a rare fish, you'll find this one year-round in the commons.

Sharkspeare

When I caught the other stuff in Olde Town, I was looking for this fish. I love the play on Shakespeare's name.

Silver Streak

I wasn't after it when I caught this epic fish. I caught it with a rank 1 storm lure in Emperor's Retreat.

Stormacuda

Here's our last 'cuda. You'll easily find it on Triton Avenue.

Strawberry Jellyfish

I had more trouble catching this than a Krokotopian Eel. Find it in the Oasis. I recommend a Winnow Fire Fish spell.

Todd Pole

This fish is native to Grizzleheim, and easy to catch if you search out life school fish in Northguard.

Treant Fish

Find this one on Unicorn Way. The face reminds me of Headmaster Ambrose.

Yakoi

I had more trouble with this fish than the rare fish Kid Carp in the same pond. It's a slower fish.

Yuletoy Fish

This is a seasonal fish! You can find this treasured toy during Christmas in July or Yuletide.
