Painkiller Overdose - All Secrets

This guide is here to find secrets in Painkiller Overdose.
Like other Painkiller games, some of them are tricky and require a lot of jumps and bunnyhopping.

C7L1 - Cataclysm

Go to the right side of the first roman temple.

Bunny hop to get a holy item at the left side of the lava to avoid taking many damage.

C7L2 - Japanese Massacre

This level has no secrets. Just collect at least 400 gold to get a tarot card.

C7L3 - Desert

Climb up that skeleton's spine to collect an armor.

C7L4 - Asteroids

This hole beneath a giant green crystal is a teleporter. Jump to it.

C7L5 - Dead Marsh

This level has no secrets. Just finish the level using only the Razor Cube to get a tarot card.

Note: Upon reaching the checkpoint at sometimes, the game will crash when you try to load that checkpoint. To avoid this issue, reload previous checkpoint and try not to die. There are no solutions to fix this issue.

C7L6 - Black Tower

This level has no secrets. Just kill the boss in under 3 minutes to get a tarot card.

C8L1 - Riot

This level has no secrets. Just finish the level without pickup any armor to get a tarot card.

C8L2 - Nuclear Plant

Use the Razor Cube jump on the crate to reach the highest intermodal container.

Jump over the crates to collect the ammo packs.

This cage will only open after all enemies in that area are killed. Backtrack to where you saw.

C8L3 - Animal Farm

Jump onto the hook and then into the shelf which has a holy item.

Same as secret 1 but instead of it, jump onto another shelves.

Climb up either the ropes or crates, if they aren't destroyed, to reach the top of the big tent.

Behind the second stone circle in the area.

Bunny hop at the left wooden wall next to a tree to the drifting ice floes.

Quick jump up the towering stone pillar and onto the platform with the teleporter.

This secret is only available after Cerberus is killed. It is located in the final village area.

C9L1 - Haunted Valley

Walk up the broken staircase.

Same as secret 1, but walk up another broken staircase.

Quick jump up the wall to the left of the checkpoint to get a holy item and to the branch (secret was registered on the branch instead holy item for no reason).

This secret is only available after all enemies are killed. It is located in the area opposite to the area where you found secret 1 and 2.

C9L2 - Village of the Damned

Walk up the staircase, into the door, and then the broken staircase.

This secret is only available after all enemies are killed. It is located in the cemetery movie stage, by backtracking.

C9L4 - Loony Park

Bunny hop off the pots filled with corpses to the second vent.

Bunny hop all the way: onto the roof of the Acid Bath building, the dead tree, the platform with a corpse that looks like crucified but with ropes, and the ice cream scoop.

This secret is only available after a checkpoint leading to the rollercoaster appears. Open the door of the Acid Bath building from the booth, and hop onto the trampolines to collect items.

C9L5 - Air Combat

Climb the ladder and squeeze between the pipes and wall to collect an armor.

This secret is only available after all enemies are killed. It is located in the opposite area, with two small airships.

C9L6 - Sammael's Lair

This level has no secrets. Just defeat Sammael while keep your health above 50 to get a tarot card.
