Faerûnian Dragonborn Names

This is a simple mod that adds names for the Dragonborn race in Dungeons & Dragons.

The list sources names from the Player's Handbook and the Forgotten Realms & Spelljammer campaign settings, but to be honest there's not enough offical Dragonborn lore to round out an entire species in Stellaris, so I included some names from previous D&D campaigns I've played in as well. There's nothing too crazy and everything should be lore friendly, if not lore accurate. The most egregious assumption I've made is that Dragonborn of the future would have followers of Bahamut and followers of Tiamat working side by side for the betterment of all dragonborn.


Planet names are the names of Dragonborn settlements and nations, as well as the planets of Realmspace.

Ship names are the names of dragons from Forgotten Realms lore.

Leader names don't follow the Dragonborn naming conventions of putting clan names first, for obvious reasons. There's also a low chance that a given Dragonborn doesn't belong to a clan, or has devoted themselves to either Bahamut, Tiamat or Asgorath (Io).

Fleet names are Dragonborn organizations, as well as a few I adopted from the informal names of some dragons (i.e. "Longtalons", etc).
